Payment and Deposit

A total deposit of $100 is required to reserve the class.
The deposit is transferable to a future course date if rescheduling is necessary.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the date of the class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made more than 8 days prior to the class date will be eligible for 50% refund of the deposit.
 

No-Show & Attendance Policy

All payments for training classes are final. There are no refunds for participants who are paid for but do not attend the scheduled class. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all registered and paid participants are present on the day of training. Failure of any participant to attend, for any reason, will result in forfeiture of payment for that individual.

Pulse for the People – Travel Fee Policy for On-Site Training

At Pulse for the People, we proudly offer convenient, on-site CPR and First Aid training to meet the needs of organizations and individuals throughout Michigan. To ensure transparency and consistency, we have established the following Travel Fee Policy for services provided outside of our standard service area.

 

Travel Fee Structure:

Distance (Round-Trip from Grand Rapids, MI)Travel Fee

0 - 30 miles No Travel Fee

31 - 60 miles $50.00 Flat Fee

61 - 120 miles $100.00 Flat Fee

Over 120 miles Custom Quote

How Travel Fees Are Calculated:

All travel distances are calculated using Google Maps from Grand Rapids, MI city center.
These fees cover the following costs:
✔ Fuel and mileage
✔ Vehicle wear and tear
✔ Instructor travel time
✔ Transporting training equipment and supplies

 

Additional Charges:

• Tolls, parking fees, or ferry access (if applicable) will be billed separately.

• Overnight accommodations (if necessary) will be discussed and approved prior to booking.
